The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Manage lead generation and inbound/outbound business development activities including prospecting, discovery calls, and proposal presentations.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual KPI's and targets.
Clearly articulate the benefits of digital marketing strategies and apply them to potential clients.
Successfully conduct needs assessment with prospective clients and tailor/present proposals to meet their needs using digital marketing strategies.
Maintaining a good understanding of traditional media and other marketing trends and best practices.
Developing and maintaining a strong network of contacts and business connections to generate referral business.
Keep abreast of the competition in order to position our service offering and USP to potential clients.
Work closely with the Account Directors to facilitate seamless and successful onboarding of new clients.
Education, Qualifications, Skills
Experience being accountable for revenue results from the top of the funnel through to point of conversion.
Demonstrated ability to hit sales targets and develop long-term relationships with clients.
Demonstrated knowledge of digital marketing tactics either through work experience or education.
Driven and self-motivated to excel.
Strong ability to multi-task and effective time management skills.
Charismatic and personable.
Exceptional verbal and written communications skills.
Ability to uncover and understand prospects' needs and how we can help.
